FYB 2018 Fall Ball
FYB will offer a five week Fall Ball season starting on Monday, July 16, 2018 ending on or before Saturday, August 18, 2018.
Fall Ball is bring-your-own-team. An effort will be made to place individual players on a team or form a team if we have enough players within an age group. Unfortunately, the league can’t guarantee placement on a team. Please work with coaches in your league to find a team for fall ball.
The fee is $110 per player. Each team will play 10 games. The top four teams in each league listed below, will play a single elimination play-off at the end of the season.
FYB will offer the following Divisions:
6U Coach Pitch
For Players who are 5 or 6 years old on or before April 30, 2019
7U and 8U Coach Pitch
For Players who are 7 or 8 years old on or before April 30, 2019
Suggested league for open teams moving up from 6U, that plan to play in 7U Open League next spring and for returning 8U open teams

10U Closed Bases (9U USSSA Rules)

Fall ball is considered a developmental time for teams to get a chance to play in the new league they will be eligible to play in next year. Teams can have a minimum of 10 players and a maximum of 12 players on their roster. Teams can use substitute players during Fall Ball. Substitute players may be any player on any team within your division. A substitute can only play in the outfield and must bat at the end of your line-up. A substitute can only be used if team falls below 9 regular players on its roster. A game is forfeited if a team fields less than 6 players on its roster.
Teams will be responsible for purchasing their own uniforms, 2019 USSSA Registration and 2019 Team Insurance for the team. Teams will need to purchase this in July prior to the season starting and provide a copy to the league prior to their first game of the season.
Wednesday, June 20th from 6:00pm-9:00pm – First registration date.
Thursday, June 21st from 6:00pm-9:00pm – Final registration date.
